I started training with Emily when I was 12, beginning with strength and conditioning sessions in the gym, as a key aspect for my development as a player.
Em was able to recognise the areas that I needed to improve in most, and assisted me through the processes of achieving this. At this stage I was in under-13s, and since then I have continued similar gym sessions with Em, as well as soccer-skills sessions, and am now playing WNPL reserves.
