All of the training I have done with Em has been specifically related to in-game situations, meaning it is the most effective, and easy to comprehend because of its relevance. Em is extremely organised and professional, and I have always enjoyed training with her.

Em was able to recognise the areas that I needed to improve in most, and assisted me through the processes of achieving this. At this stage I was in under-13s, and since then I have continued similar gym sessions with Em, as well as soccer-skills sessions, and am now playing WNPL reserves.
